Are your little ones starting to write and read? Now that Enzo is getting older, I have been looking at what great printables exist to help him learn Spanish. There’s a lot of stuff out there, so I did some searching and have compiled a list of some of the best free Spanish printables available online.
1. Mundo Lanugo‘s mission is to help Hispanic moms (and dads!) embrace and pass along their culture to their kids. They recently relaunched (you might remember them as Bebé Lanugo!) and they have some GREAT stuff. They have some e-books, print books and some great free printables like FamilyTree and the Alphabet printable (featured here.) Abecedario_Lanugo.
2. TLS Books: Clothing Worksheets
3. Spanish Playground: Poems to Print and Color These poems are so much fun! They are available for all different colors and are great way to practice not only colors, but also enhance vocabulary!
4. For the Love of Spanish: This is a great site, I am loving this lesson entitled “Learning colores with ladybugs” but there are many more to choose from!
5. Spanish Mama: Great printables like BINGO games, Food cards, Blank Spanish dictionary and more!
6. A Teachable Year: Great printables on this site, one perfect for back to school? “I mustache you a question” Available in English and Spanish, these printables will help you get info about your child’s day at school!
7. Discovering the World Through My Son’s Eyes: Francis created an awesome printable which will help teach your kids about opposites, opuestos, using Dr. Seuss’ book, The Foot Book: Dr. Seuss’s Wacky Book of Opposites. Her site has a lot of other great stuff, make sure to check it out!
8. Open Wide The World: I discovered Open Wide the World during the World Cup, when Julie created an awesome countdown to the World Cup. She has great freebies, make sure to like them on Facebook. Here’s a great printable on apple picking! Perfect for the Fall!
9. Mommy Maestra: Mommy Maestra has some great resources…. I love this printable that will help you practice upper and lower case vowels with your children, as well as colors!
10. SpanglishBaby: SpanglishBaby has some great resources for raising bilingual/bicultural kids. Check out these printables for Thanksgiving (Bingo and Memory!). There’s a lot more to check out!
