Museo del Barrio’s Bilingual Kids Programming: El Coquí Club
I’m always looking for opportunities to engage my kids in language learning and I recently discovered the Museo del Barrio’s Bilingual Kids Programming: Coquí Club for toddlers.
Coquí Club is a monthly bilingual class for toddlers held at Museo del Barrio in NYC, on Fifth Avenue and 105th Street in NYC. The class lasts one hour. During that hour there is free play, singing, an art activity and story time.

Coquí Club is held the first Wednesday and Saturday of each month, and it is FREE!
My daughter who is 19 months had a great time at Coquí Club! Here are some pics of our first Coquí Club experience.
During the October session, kids learned about Día de los Muertos, visited the Catrina in the lobby of the museum, and also painted some spirit animals.
