A “trou normand” is sorbet with #eau de vie” (alcohol) which is a digestif- you have this in the middle of #Christmas dinner so that you can eat second part of dinner… We’ve already had oysters, smoked salmon, shrimp, foie gras and salad… Second part is lamb w mushrooms, gratin dauphinois, cheese, dessert and finally fruit to finish. #ladydeelgenfrance #Noel2013 #Xmas2013
