Elf on the Shelf in Spanish!

You have probably heard about Elf on the Shelf, but did you know that there’s Elf on the Shelf in Spanish?!a? I was so excited when I heard about this! Sometimes I find myself reading books in English to my son and translating as I go along if I can’t find the book in Spanish, but now that I know Elf on the Shelf is available in Spanish, it’s a tradition I look forward to bringing to our home this holiday season.

Elf on the Shelf in Spanish

I learned about Elf on the Shelf last year, when I met one of its founders, Christa Pitts, at an event where she was sharing her story and all about Elf on the Shelf birthday.   I love the Elf on the Shelf story: It’s a family-owned business. Christa’s sister,  Chanda Bell and her mom, Carol Aebersold, wrote the book and fought to get it published. When no publishing company would take it, they went ahead and self-published (a minimum order of 5,000 books). They invited their friends and family to learn about Elf on the Shelf and then VOILA! A store picked up the book and the rest, of course, is history. Today Elf on the Shelf is a holiday phenomenon (that no doubt fills your Facebook feed during the holidays!)
