The Best Homemade Kids’ Snacks on The Planet {giveaway}

I loved Laura Fuentes’ first book, The Best Homemade Kids’ Lunches on The Planet, and I was super excited to get her second book, all about snacks, The Best Homemade Kids’ Snacks on The Planet.

The-Best-Snacks-on-the-Planet-6-1

The Best Homemade Kids’ Snacks on The Planet has tons of recipes (over 200!)– some don’t require ANY cooking like the Greek yogurt dip I made last weekend. (I’d love to show you a picture but my husband finished it before I could!)

The book is divided into chapters:

Chapter 1: For the Love of Snacks
Chapter 2: Fruit & Veggie Snacks
Chapter 3: No-Bake Bites & Dips
Chapter 4: Baked Bites
Chapter 5: Reimagined Classics
Chapter 6: Mini Meals
Chapter 7: Super Smoothies & Drinks
Chapter 8: Frozen Delights & Special Treats

One of the reasons I love cookbooks is because they are visual tools to help my son get excited about cooking, trying new foods, and eating them. The book has a lot of beautiful pictures and going through it with my son gets him excited about all the treats we can make; he was especially excited about the goldfish crackers.

The book also is also great for kids who have food allergies and other dietary restrictions. Laura has included many substitutions so kids with allergies and gluten restrictions can enjoy her snacks as well!

Like in her first book, Laura includes many tips about storing food, freezing, and other tips to make our lives easier in the kitchen!

I’d also recommend following Laura on Snapchat since she always shares some behind the scenes food goodness! (she’s LauraSFuentes on Snapchat).

Now the great news! I’m giving a copy away! Enter the Rafflecopter below to win! Giveaway open to US residents only, please see rafflecopter for more details.

**Giveaway ends July 15th at 11:59 pm.**
