Running out of Lunch Ideas? Then you Need The Best Homemade Kids’ Lunches on the Planet! {giveaway}

If you're following me on social media you will notice that one of the things I love to do with my munchkin is to cook. He helps us in the kitchen by doing simple age-appropriate tasks. I believe that by getting him involved he will learn about food and learn to love good and healthy food. So when I discovered Momables' founder Laura Fuentes' book "The Best Homemade Kids'  Lunches on the Planet" I knew I had to grab a copy. The Best Homemade Kids Lunches on the PlanetThe book is definitely something moms want to have handy because it was written ESPECIALLY for moms. It has everything; including information on how to pack hot lunches, food shopping tips, tips on keeping your pantry and fridge well-stocked, meal planning tips, and much more... there's even a place for your kids to rate the recipes!

What I love about it is that the recipes are healthy but they are NOT boring and bland! They are delish! And they are healthy! And while it's meant to be for lunches, the truth is many of these recipes can be made for dinner too! AND-- for parents! I love the may-less egg salad! I'm totally challenging myself to cook all the recipes in this book!  Tonight I'm making the Cinnamon Roll Overnight Oatmeal, perfect for the Fall weather here in NYC and for the healthy meal plan I'm following. Last week, my son and I made banana bread from the book. Isn't it a beauty?
  Check out my son showing off his banana bread (and language skills!)
I'm challenging myself to make all the recipes in the book, with my son's help! and I'm super excited to announce that I get to give one of you a free copy of this awesome recipe book! Seriously, if you have picky eaters, if you want to add more fruits and veggies to your family's diet, if you are all out of ideas for lunch -- enter to win! Because I’m tired of making the same thing every day – and so my kid is surely tired of eating it!
